- Customized tour packages based on client preferences
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or written contract)
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
4.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due 48 hours before the tour date
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations
- More than 7 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 3-7 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before tour: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5.2 Company Cancellations
- We may cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
- Full refund will be provided for company-initiated cancellations
- Alternative tour dates will be offered where possible
6. Tour Conduct and Safety
6.1 Client Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at the designated meeting point
- Follow safety instructions provided by the guide
- Respect local laws, customs, and other tour participants
- Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations
6.2 Behavior Policy
We reserve the right to terminate tours immediately without refund if clients:
- Behave inappropriately or disruptively
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Endanger themselves or others
- Damage property or violate local laws
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Trib-Tickz liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour service. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our negligence)
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or changes to tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
7.2 Insurance
- We maintain appropriate public liability insurance
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance
- We are not responsible for medical expenses or emergency repatriation

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather conditions
- Terrorist attacks, civil unrest, or war

- Tour routes, commentary, and insider information are proprietary to Trib-Tickz

- Complaints should be raised immediately with the guide during the tour
- Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour completion
- We will investigate all complaints and respond within 14 days

- We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations
- Unresolved disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction and English law
- Alternative dispute resolution may be pursued before litigation
